Health Research for Action is a center in UC Berkeley's School of Public Health. We have over 20 years of experience creating research-based tools, programs, and policies to promote healthy communities. Our health resources meet the literacy and communication needs of diverse audiences and have shown statistically significant changes in knowledge and behavior.

We work with public and private organizations to develop and evaluate innovative health initiatives, and explain complex health care issues—like health care reform—in plain language.
